They just can’t help themselves. The Queen nerf was too much for them, so they had to give a completely uncalled for buff just to ‘compensate’. Zerg was already OP, cheaper hatches is just lmao

The cheaper hatch does absolutely nothing but destroy any semblance of a proper build Zerg has. You’re making 8-10 queens early -mid game and you’re only making 3-4 hatches. Its a 250 mineral deficit and more time added to make queens/receive larvae (The only way Zerg can make units). Meanwhile you save 75-100 minerals on 3 or 4 hatches. Because of the queen cost you are now floating larvae which stops your production at multiple points now. The hatchery cost is pointless and is just there so morons think they received something for the absolute sh**ification of queen/larvae production we have now.

as a guy who plays strictly zerg i can testify that yes my builds are completely busted now. Cant mass ling rush at 4 min like i usually do cause now i have half the lings i used to cause the timings are all wacked. roach rush’s…gone, try rushing into hydras, no money. I have been losing game after game after game, when i was actually winning almost 75% of my games before.
With the way the queen has been nerfed its almost better to just not building them at all and go mass hatch. for the price of a queen and an overloard i can build an addition hatch get a macro free structure that produces units and gives supply. yeah you dont have the luxury of the queen to defend nor the mass larva from injects but you gain supply and less microing to do through out the game.
