I logged in to play for the first time in a bit and all my commanders unleveled down to random levels (1/7/8/ and H/H is 14 for some reason) so i think this could be different than the lvl5 issue mentioned in other threads. i have the achievements for hitting 15 with the commanders but most of those commanders are level 1 now. its like my levels reverted somehow to when i first started doing coop or something.
Since its unclear to me if this is the same issue as the other threads i thought id post separately. its been a couple days and ive tried relogging as well as checked the other regions (ive never played them so it asks me to make a username).
Im not sure what my next step is since the support page links back here instead of being able to submit a ticket.
Is posting here the best way to get my account fixed? or is there a support ticket i need to submit hidden somewhere that isn’t the “help with SC2” support link since that link leads to this forum. Sorry for self bumping the thread but I’m just not sure if i just need to wait longer or if I’m not engaging with blizzard in the right way to get it resolved…

Posting on the forums is just for player to player help. Official help is through the ticket system.
If you were already through the tickets system and support wasn’t able to help, they sent you here to see if the community has any last attempt ideas to help you.
As for your commanders being the wrong levels, the only thing I can think of is make sure you are playing on the correct region. Cycle through the three regions and check the commander levels in each.
I never found a way to submit a ticket. so i haven’t been through a ticket system, having been routed away from it instead.
Going to help/support either leads me to the “My commander is lvl 5” page which directs me here,
or if i try to manually select my issue for a ticket, it ALSO directs me here to the forum.

In that ticket link, click I’d rather categorize the issue, then In-game issue, then Technical Issue, then Performance Problem.
Well i did get a ticket in, i explained what steps i had already done (region changing, reinstalling, ETC) and they just copy pasted the help article back to me and marked it resolved… its been over a week and a half so i guess I’m just screwed :/.
You should be able to reopen the same ticket and say that the article didn’t help.
