How often can I get mutation the reward?
I know it says weekly but I play and sometimes I can get the reward more than 1 weekly. Occasionally, I can get it every other day. Does level (casual, normal, hard, and brutal) makes this bonus available more than once weekly?
You can get each mutation bonus once per week (per mutation, more precisely) per difficulty, but you also get the lower difficulty bonuses at the same time:
So for example if you do it on Hard you get the Casual, Normal, and Hard bonus. Then if you do Brutal after that then you just get Brutal bonus.
I wish they’d do Bi-Weekly mutators instead, got so many prestiges I wanna a put to the test and at this rate its gonna take forever.
