The location of the cursor and what the game shows as being in a hover state are not in sync. My cursor location is several hundred pixels to the left of where the game is showing the mouse over or hover event.
Last time this happened, when i played on lower resolution. Or perphaps scaling, check gpu drivers/monitor setting.
