In Versus>Economy>Zealot Push achievement, it says “Warp in 5 Zealots during the first 250 seconds”. I tried it many times but never get it although I warped them under 250 seconds, then i tried to do it much faster and get them, maybe under 200 seconds, so I think the description has a mistake in this number.
In Co-op Missions>Mutations>Bounty, I think the numbers are not correct, I got 20 but the portrait says 15 and I am counting towards 25 while the next portrait says 50.
It seems Blizz is not checking this issue. Profiles are a mess many months ago.
