Missing Portraits: Worgen Marine and Goblin Marine

These portraits are awarded from the WoW Cataclysm Collectors Edition. I have used them for ages. I am very displeased to find that they are suddenly gone from my account as of today, and want them back. I expect that their disappearance is related to whatever nonsense re-release is being planned for the latest flavor of WoW Classic. I should not lose access to content that I paid for fairly a decade ago.

The related decals, “Worgen Pathfinders” and whatever the goblin version was, are also gone.

Im also upset by these portraits disappearing without reason or notice. Hopefully they are reinstated quickly and we can go back to equipping them.
For some reason now I can use the warlords of draenor portraits instead as if this is supposed to be some sort of consolation prize. Well, I much prefer the worgen marine.

I am also missing my portraits, I know specifically my Mists of Pandaria portraits Night Elf Templar and Infested Orc are gone.

I confirm the problem with the portraits. The portraits for the pre-order of starcraft remastered are missing.

also in the achievements, there is no mention of this !

Chiming in, missing the PanTerran Marine portrait from blizzcon 2011.

Hey all,

Bliz is aware of the missing promotional items and is looking into it.

Of note: Support isn’t able to fix the issue because it is a development issue, so there isn’t a need to submit support tickets.
