Yesterday I beat a few levels in the LOTV campaign and when I logged back in later that evening my progress had reset back to where I started. I tried clicking the box in language and region as well creating another administrator and logging in for windows, neither resolved the issue.

I mean I would help you if I could, but this is for someone who is getting paid for this kind of stuff.
