Missing Achievements/Progress

Hi all,

I’ve read all the posts about deleting caches, reinstalling, waiting 5-10 mins for my game to warm up, and making sure I’m on the correct region. However, all of my achievement/campaign progress is missing as well as my portraits. For context, I haven’t played Starcraft II since LoTV first came out in 2016 (and I beat the campaign but those achievements are missing too). Any support on this would be appreciated!

Is it possible that you had a different battlenet account or didn’t connect it to the same email address? I’m no expert but those would be my guesses after wrong region (which you already covered).

Edit 1d later: other things that I can think of are multiple characters on the battlenet account due to a server merge, or the client is lagging and hasn’t loaded your progress.
