Guys please post the absolutely changes that we need, otherwise it makes the game almost unplayable.
For me, but I believe for some of you as well.
Mostly in 2v2:

The partner can not attack your buildings or units. (if you are so afraid as zerg to be blocked in, you can make a condition that you can attack a building once every 1 minute. Or let me here what solution do you think could work here).

If anyone leaves the game in first 2 min (in 2v2) the game is safe to leave (same thing for staying afk for 3min from the begininig of the game), no mmr is gained, or lost. (Obviously this can not be done if you are in a team with some one, this could be abused to avoid playing certain players.)

I can mute any person (1v1, 2v2, 3v3, 4v4). If the person starts being toxic, I should always have the option to mute his chat.
Actually there is, just found out you only have to Press F11, and mute the player your want
Believe people still don’t know (Just Press F11, and you can mute the player you want)
- If a player leaves the game in 2v2, and for some reason the person wins 2v1, the person that has left doesn’t recieve MMR. ( To many times a person is calling names, noob, etc. leaves, and after that you have to struggle for like 10 min 2v1, win, that toxic player who has left is rewarded with MMR).
Some other options to take in consideration.

Request a considerable round of matches in 1v1 before playing 2v2 ( some nr. that we would agree, like 40 games, or even more). I am tired of seeing zergs expand to his natural after 5 min of the game, with no aggressive attacks (you know just reading what units do), after all of this blames you for losing.
In 3v3 or 4v4, I would not be so strict because it is more for fun. (you remember some long time ago 2v2 was also fun)

It would be nice to fix the MMR ranking (not as urgent, but preffered). Like if you have 2950 - 3050 MMR you should be Plat not Bronze. I am just saying.

Any additional counter measures for MH, Cheating and smurfing will be appreciated. (I think most of us agree there are more and more incidents of this kind on the ladder). Please don’t tell me the game is free so there are always going to be smurfs, you could easily make a significant nr. of games required for playing ranked 1v1 or 2v2 (70-100 games on new account), that would at least make the the nr. of smurfs less on the ladder.
Then deranking would ban your account, or when a person just left a ladder account and logins into another ladder account (smurf account), there would be a message display: “We detected that you logged in into an another SC2 account, if we detect that either of the accounts is a smurf account, both accounts will be banned”; or many other ways that would discourage smurfing.
Please let me know your opinions on these changes, if you agree with some of them.
Aslo please let me know your changes that are urgent or very important or would just make the game much more fun and playable.

Really guys? you are ok with your partner attacking your base? with smurfs? with cheating ? with bugs pilling up? and lastly to beg again and again for a balance patch?

I am not okay with my partner blocking the ramp and I have no way to stop it. First 2 minutes? So that anybody could leave seeing the cannon rush or worker rush and not lose MMR? And so on. All your suggestions can be used to still abuse the system.
There is a perfect way to avoid it, which I think I suggested you few weeks ago, discord channel → pre-made team.

How many times that has happened to you, like the guy refuses to lower the supply depo ?
Also I suggested you can attack your partner’s buildings once every minute, that should solve the issue.
So like canon rushing and worker rushing is such an important Strategy that we need in the SC2 game?
OMG I will not see more cannon rushes with zelots with batteries, oh no SC2 is ruined. Best RTS in the world will never recover from this!

I played with my partner in 3vs3 (2 of us + 1 random) and even on M1 I got unranked guy who built the engineering bays on ramp, so that we couldn’t go out of the base.
Yes, maybe you do not know, but when 2 zergs get matched in 2vs2 at Masters+, their only way to win protoss + terran is a really quick cheese. Same goes for zergs + protoss, where protoss can’t finish the wall, because of creep.
I understand now seeing so many that abuse the game in 2v2. That convincing to fight against these people is hard, because they are many, they are toxic, some are probably are on SC2 forums.
I think attacking creep tumors (sorry corrected, not creep, it is creep tumors) is something totally different, I should attack the creep tumors (of my partner) no problem, no limitations.
And you only help them in doing so, suggesting stuff, which would only help them in doing that and even not being able to realise why.

Well you just say discord is the solution, and you see you encounter stuff like that.
People like that should be banned.

No, I play with completely pre-made teams, I just wanted to get random M1 too, so I had to. But once I got it, I would never play random again.
I am speaking about creep from the hatchery blocking the wall right at the start of the game. Therefore giving 2 zergs on the other side an easy win with fast cheese.
So it is a map problem? yeah 2v2 map pool is so bad.
Yes it’s a map problem. There are some maps, where the creep of your ally does not let you create a wall with 1 cell. So you either have 2 cells, which is not a wall at all, or you make a wall near the 3rd base, which usually would not be finished if you play against super early cheese.
That’s why I tell you, that your suggestions would have a totally different impact, than you think and give them another ways of destroying games to the others.
Is it Magma Mines? Damn there are like couple of them like that.
There were maps like that in every mappool I remember.

They don’t get it that 2v2 is so damn important to an RTS, maybe even same level need of attention as 1v1 maps etc.
