Starcraft uses my Microphone, when I do not want it to. So my sound doesn’t work, which I do want. Given that there are posts on here from 5 years ago, it is clear that Blizzard do not intend to fix the issue.
Thus the bug report is that Blizzard does not care to make their products functional.
The real victims here are the audio team. Presumably they were paid to record music, sound effects, and voice acting. Now their hard work goes unheard.
