Yes it does.
Whole thing about DT is its invisible. Protoss have researched cloaking long before your game started and so are using it.

So did Terran and Zerg. And actually, lore is Protoss does warp in units from far away places. They do not build them on the spot.

You’re right, let’s just start the game with 80 workers and a 120 supplied army. You can choose your units like in Total War; it’s brilliant. You have fixed SC2. Who wants to watch units being built or warped in when we can just jump to the battles already.

Not saying that, but it makes no sense and it is imba as all hell. Let ghosts start out with free cloak to if we want all things fair and balanced. But, you’re not a terran player, so, of course you don’t want that. Don’t worry blizz will ban me soon, so you don’t have to think anymore.

Now you’re just being difficult. You literally have to pay for cloak for banshees and ghosts, while protoss gets free invisibility. Not to mention, protoss cloak is way better. You can barely see Dt’s and observers, but you can see a ghost/banshee cloak hundreds of miles away.
How about NO. And yes, it does a lot of sense. The Ghost example would make sense if DT were to have Storm and Feedback on top of invisibility.
In that case i would agree with you that Cloak would un upgrade.

Hey, as much as I give Terran hard time, I prefer seeing Zerg actually having to fight for their win. I’m up for some Terran and Protoss buff, but that doesn’t mean some of the Terran Whine in this forum is acceptable. Some are borderline dumb, this being one of the example.
You do know Dark shrine takes a whole minute + to finish right?
Pylon + Gateway + Cybernetics + Twilight council + Dark Shrine =
18 + 46 + 36 + 36 + 71.
That’s a whole 3 minutes in total just to reach dark shrine.
I don’t know your Terran ways of getting a ghost, But I’m damn sure it’s much faster than a Protoss’s Dark shrine.
And, one more thing.
GHOSTS, ARE, RANGED, and is useful outside of being cloacked (Cough Cough EMP)
DT’s are melee for the sake of all that is stealth.

Besides, how does Terran lose to DT’s, you have scan.

You need to preserve the energy for mules, otherwise you are way behind. Plus, taking the time to make a Raven barely gives you enough time to get it out to defend against Dt rushes.

Early game I’d agree with you. But the timing doesn’t add up here.
You’d have a stable 2nd base (with EQUAL mineral income as a Protoss with 3 Base).
But if you prefer losing to DT’s instead of scanning, and think scanning should come free like some other fools, be my guess.

Who’s getting angry, if anybody is it’s you. How can you even tell if I am angry from behind a computer screen bruh? It only makes sense that if Terran has to pay for cloak then protoss should to. But, we’re not all about balance when it actually evens the playing field does it?
If you scout perfectly; you can barely get out a raven in time, and if you are a dumb dumb you scan and lose out on the extra minerals. Remember how seconds and slightest amount of minerals actually matter in this game? Or did you forget about that when you wrote this retarded response? The timing adds up perfectly. Imagine if banshees didn’t require the cloak upgrade, and hit like a minute earlier, that’s exactly what DT’s do, but you’re too blinded to see this. You best be glad that you protoss/zergs have the blizz balance team in your backpockets. All you have to do is scream for nerfs and the whole balance team will practically delete Terran for you.

Why does marine attack air? I mean both Zealot and zergling don’t attack air. Why should terran get a free AA unit that costs only minerals out of the gate. Its just not fair.

You are being intentionally retarded now. Marines have guns you moron; they can point up. Evening the playing field by requiring cloak to be an upgrade for both Terran and Protoss is actually fair. But, you Protoss don’t know what that work actually means when it counts.

Even if the add-ons was reactor, as a Terran, you should know it’s possible to switch the add-ons with another reactor from another building.
