macOS - Game Setting changes not saving after patching
FYI if you are on macOS and your Game Settings are not saving, do the following:

Go to Users/-youruserfolder-/Library/Application Support/Blizzard

Right click on StarCraft II folder here, expand Sharing & Permissions menu at bottom

Your permissions will have been defaulted to Custom, click to change to Read & Write
If you can’t access the Library folder under Users, click the circle with 3 horizontal dots in the top right of Finder, click on Show View Options, then click on Show Library Folder.
Worked for me on macOS Sequoia MacMini M1. Game recommends High settings on this device by default but there’s frame lag unless I play on Medium. GLHF!
