Gotta Love Tasteless/Artosis and such Even admiting on stream that Zerg is OP and just wins a vast majority of Tourms and such
but Blizzard clearly biased and loves zerg players.
I also love how Z players are like “we are reduced to dust now yes we win all tournament still with diferent players but you know UP man they overnerfed us you will see exodus of z on ladder now”

Ah yes the commentators that don’t play SC2 at all, they’re definitely a source for balance information; especially casting GSL where Zerg is statistically behind in all matchups. That’s just peachy.
I especially liked the call from Artosis where he said the Ultras would perform well because Terran had primarily Marauders which he claimed Ultras counter…I mean literally everyone knows Marauders do great against Ultras but let’s listen to the guy that thinks Ultras are a Marauder counter and that Protoss opens with a zealot in PvT to kill a reaper. Definitely a 10/10 source.

- During the early and mid-game be sure to highlight every moment where the terran does well and point out how efficient they’re being.
- When things go badly for them, don’t point out what the zerg did or the terrans mistakes, just moan about how things went badly for the terran.
- If the terran starts to win make sure to tell the audience how good they are and how difficult it is to play like they did.
- If the zerg starts to win make sure to point how good their units are and how difficult it is to play against those units.
- Always cast the game from the terran’s perspective until the zerg is undeniably ahead. Then start to joke about how hopeless the terran’s position is and how it doesn’t matter what the zerg player does because they’re so far ahead. Completely ignore how the game drags on and on despite this, which clearly indicates that it’s hard for zerg to end the game. These things are unimportant. Banelings op.

Yeah I’m convinced the only reason Tastetosis casts GSL is because they’re the only primarily English speaking StarCraft casters in South Korea

I mean, despite their bias they’re still my favorite casters by far. And it’s mostly just artosis that’s biased, and tasteless humors him. But as far as quality of casting it’s the best around, and they’re fun personalities.

I usually watch them muted, not only because their predictions are usually really wrong, but because they are making unfunny jokes all the time. Sometimes I watch them unmuted, but since english is not my first language I can disconnect easily from their talk, I hear them but since I’m not trying to translate their speaking can be turned into background sounds.
Tasteless does not play sc2 and probably the only sc2 he watches is the games he ‘‘cast’’. Artosis not sure if he watches other tournaments and games, but probably does not play sc2, if he played he would rant more about protoss being underpowered, he is a really salty man, but on the other hand he idolizes every T player, so the biased casting is guaranteed.

People don’t understand that tastetosis are brood war players and don’t care nearly as much for SC2 aside from the fact that it’s their job and the same franchise.
Artists can’t even get his facts right about the tournament he casts. He said Zerg dominates code S which is just flat out wrong. He couldn’t remember a game he referenced - dark vs stats (he said it was Drg vs stats). They are constantly trying to compare sc2 to BW
Artosis bias stems from the fact that he’s a legit Terran elitist in BW.

The only thing people can knock him for is that he plays Protoss in SC2 (and not that much anymore). He is actually pretty unbiased in his casting and endlessly praises Rogue, Dark, or even more inconsistent Zerg like SoO. It is an objective fact, Toss have not been winning big tournaments. You can say the reason isnt balance but the fact Toss have not been winning tournaments cant really be disputed. It is a well known and easily demonstrable fact.
Ex pro LuL Artosis played SC2 until 2012 and never won a single tournament except a small team tournament between casters. He is not and never was pro at SC2.
He actively makes bad calls, they both do.
