Last Thursday I had completely leveled up my kerrigan to 15. After the scheduled maintenance all my progress was lost and she is now a level 5. Made a ticket to ask for help and was told to post in here. I have logged in and out of my account multiple times, kerrigan is still level 5.
I’d say give it more time. I had something like this happen where my COs were back to lv5, and it took 20 minutes, to hours for that revert (although such a long time is the exception than the norm)
Its been a few days now. There isnt anyway for it to be restored?
have you tried scan and repair? Otherwise you may need to copy the settings files from another guy that has coop working fine and is from the same region as you. I forgot how it works exactly so I can’t give any more info than this but maybe it would help you in searching for it.
Edit: Also try resetting your modem/router it always worked for me when I get this issue.
After the maintenence last week, some people found the free commanders (Raynor, Kerrigan and Artanis) deleveled. So far, it appears to be an issue on the server’s side. However, Bliz is aware and is currently investigating it.
So far, there’s nothing the players can do to remedy it.
I suspect they meant the Bug Report forum.
