Lose all setting to old one

hello ,
starting SC2 , i lose all in my profile ,
picture top right was an old one ,
screen setting was reseted to default ,
no any one keyboard setting was here.

i played SC2 30m ago all was ok ,
restart it , i lose everything.

i change keyboard setting here ,
i made new profile , (i have setting was save on internet
and you have it on every machine connected )
i quit SC2 , f10 leave game ,
i restart sc2 , video card setting was lose
i have message no able to setup graphic card
keyboard setting profile are not loaded too ,
setting , keyboard , profile : i dont have anymore my profile …

i made it 2 time , 2 time the same.
i change screen , ok , i quit SC2 ,
restart it , all setting was by defaut …

any probleme with serveur side ?

Hi house,

It sounds like you are logging into the wrong region. Check on the launcher that it is set to the correct region:

i play on both serveur ,
i play on eu and usa serveur , i got the same setting on both
and i lose everything setting

im no able to save setting ,
i set video setting ,save , leave the game by leave the game in menu
( no alt f4 ) , when i restart the game
SC2 start like the very first time …

C:\Users\Jice\AppData\Local\Battle.net\Account
i got 2 floder , with account.db on each
here there is no keyboard setting missing it ?
( may be i wrong )
same i have to get some save from custom game
i play line tower war , i have save of my ranking
and here is no any file.

i change key setting , controll all unit , i change F2 to ² key
standard key setting cant be changed , save your profile to : Jice , i save
i go in profile list : no jice …
when i saved it 1 second before …

i set sc2 exe as administrator ,
start the game on europe ,
set video , change key F2 all army to ² ,
save to new profile : jice , i save

check , i check profile liste : no jice ,
i leave the game ( by exit menu )
restart SC2 on same serveur ( europe )
i got the video like the very first time i start sc2
video setting was like the first time
keyboard setting : no jice profile …

and i got this since yesterday end afternoon ,
no probleme before ,
i tryied uninstall SC2 / bnet ,
ré-installed everything : same probleme …
