F1 and F3 location hotkeys, both setting and using, are permanently bound to the default setting. Have tried many troubleshooting steps. I have deleted the hotkey bindings and let the game rebuild them, reset to default, etc but they are still stuck. Game is currently unplayable for me.
I have 2 accounts and this is happening on both.
