its a problem in late game pvt, liberators counter disruptor as the rest of protoss air.

It can counter,but it is not easy to get a healthy amount of them,the transition is pretty difficult and they need upgrades and strong eco to support the whole thing.
They nerfed the damage enough so that it’s usually not an option to begin with. Trust me it’s fine.

no its not trust me.
You need like 20 liberators before you can even consider them as an unstoppable air force. Liberators are also fairly hard to mass up. If you are somehow losing in a scenario where your opponent manages to seriously mass libs against you, then it is very much a you problem and not balance. I hope you aren’t using mutalisk or phoenix to try and fight mass liberator.

Liberator splash is broken? Try Disruptors that can delete 30 army supply in a single shot from a much bigger range.

Their AA splash is pretty low and not an issue IMO.
Unless you are fighting mass +2 liberators with a ball of phoenix their AA damage is not much to worry about.
