I was already at 9/10 before I’m able to play Ranked. Supposedly, I should’ve gotten my 10th win today, my last win is just 16 minutes ago by the time I posted this. But instead of going 10/10 or ranked getting enabled, it’s still 9/10.
When you completed the 10th game, did you see the “First win of the Day” bonus on the score screen?
If not, you have to wait approx 24 hours from the last time you received the bonus so that you get it again.
The requirement to unlock Ranked is not 10 regular wins, it’s 10 First win of the Day.
Yup, I did see the “First Win of the Day”. Sadly, I wasn’t able to take a screenshot of it 'cause I was too excited to play Ranked. ._.
Hmm. Perhaps there was a hiccup in the server connection when the FWotD was awarded.
You may be stuck redoing that mission tomorrow. 
It’s fine, then. What’s a day right? More time to practice in unranked!
