Launcher Bug Will Not Launch When I Click Play

I click “play” in the launcher for SC2 and it won’t launch the game. Anybody else having this issue? Was going to queue up some 2v2s but now I guess not…Play button fades like it is launching and then resumes its normal appearance.

I have tried scanning and fixing, a couple of times. Is there a solution to this?
