Killbots killing without counting

Should not everything that a kill bot kills count towards ending it?

I think only things that cost supply count, and even within that, there may be exceptions.

Some things without supply as well, iirc broodlings from dead buildings can add to the count as well (don’t recall if broodlords’ and swarm hosts’ spawn count, though they’d be kinda cheating.) Really, almost everything that doesn’t count are calldowns, though for the most part killbots ignore those rather than it not counting.

Yes, those all count. You can’t directly target the killbots so you need to launch locusts manually. Evolution chambers are a cost-effective way to feed due to the low cost and number of broodlings, and you can even feed with creep tumours.

What have you found that doesn’t count but should?

Locusts count, you just have to spawn them manually since the killbots are invulnerable

I found that Zeratul’s cannon spawns don’t count towards the kill count.

Yes, because the cannons aren’t actually killed, only their projection. They function like topbars in that sense.
