Can’t join a ranked queue because I “do not meet the requirements”. I didn’t see anything through my Google search so I thought I’d give this forum a shot.

Yep. I had the same problem just now. at least two other in the in-game chat saying the same thing. Same error message: You do meet the requirements. Very odd.
