OK so found a bit of an issue with the latest mutation in that it does not seem like anything I can do for it makes it survivable
Mission: miner escape - get to ships keep them alive for 2 minutes dont let 2 die

Scorched earth - every hostile unit that dies leaves a fire patch that does damage to everything it touches
Lava burst - lava geysers spawn randomly everywhere that is not a base pad
Mine sweaper - widow and spider mines are all over the place .
the Issue - each Dropship has 1500 Hp and is randomly activated through out the map , the problem is that while getting units to the specific ship in time is doable being able to do something about mines placed ontop of the ships is not something that any commander can reliable counter with out the ship taking massive damage, in my last game the first ship ( on the second base pad) activated as we were dealing with an attack wave and before the miner lady could finish saying that the pilot was jumping the gun all the mines around it activated and killed the ship, we lost the third ship to what appears to have been a lava spout spawning under it as we where successfully holding off both the incoming assault wave and the timed wave when it died.
so if possible and I know its a long shot could we get mini protection zones for these ships , having a ship die cause we could not stop an attack wave is fine, but having ships die to mechanics we cant effect is not fun , the only option we have vs lava spouts is to avoid them but we cant move the ships and they one shot them.
