Is there anyway to start zerg campaign with 70 level Kerrig?

Hi all,
I am just wondering if there is anyway to start zerg campaign with max kerrigan levels?
I don’t care about achievements or any of that. Just want to play the campaign with maxed kerrigan.

The cheat code ‘HoradricCube’ unlocked upgrades, not sure if it still works. level 70 Kerrigan unfortunately isnt possible via sanctioned means.

Yeah, it only unlocks the upgrade for wings of liberty campaign. I do not find any cheat code for Heart of the Swarm so far.
