Is there any way to make the epilogue load your most recent playthtough rather than the Old "Original file"

I’ve Played through campaign about 3 times total, but when I get to the epilogue it takes the choices I made 3 years ago, not the most recent campaign save files I don’t know if there’s any way to fix this.

Epilogue has set upgrades. Your choices do not influence it.
