I’m making a mod where each race has special powers. For Orc, training and resurrectin gtheir heroes is free, and their heores are more powerful than normal. I want the player to have 3 tiers, but unlock all 4 heroes by tier 3. I also want the AI to be smart enough to train 3 or 4 heroes if it lives that long. How do I do this? I’m pretty well experienced with the editor, but dn’t know ho wto do this.
