Is sc2 getting a patch?

I mean, they did say this a 6 days ago. So at least they are fixing the Arcade.

Hey everyone, Back in April, we saw reports of malicious users forcing inappropriate videos onto other players through custom game lobbies. We identified those users and have removed their access to StarCraft II. At the same time, we disabled the ability to upload custom map content through the Galaxy Editor so we could fix the bug that was being abused here.
