Internet speed problem opening SC2!

I have a 12th generation i5 notebook with 16gb of dd5 memory, rtx3050 6gb.

Every time I open SC2 my internet speed from 1gb drops to less than 3mb download and 0.27 upload, only when opening SC2 any other game that I open the speed remains normal.

Please has anyone had something similar and knows how to solve it? …
