For a few weeks now i can’t play the game,
i load it and when i switch to Co-Op it says: “Can’t start while initializing game mode”, only after about 10 min or maybe more it stops and i can press the “ready” button,
now the answer blizzard support gave me is that this is a result of a connection problem - so i switched my provider and on wifi i get 60 MB in my room so no problem there, i flushed the dns and all the other so called “solutions” - nothing fixed it,
not even the new patch today which had attention to the multiplayer …
What can i do? please help

Well, you might get better info in the technical support forum, more technically able folks would be around. I’d suggest putting in a request over there.
That said, if possible try starting a game connected via cable to the modem directly, see if that resolves anything.
A friend of mine had this problem before too but it wasn’t internet connection related. Have you noticed if you get a notification that says some of your starcraft 2 files are corrupted? You could check if it apperad by tabbing out after starting sc2. Reinstalling could help.
Look into your packet loss - I ended up replacing my router which fixed this issue.
Easiest way I know of to check packet loss is to use Teamspeak3, and rightclick on yourself and go to ‘Client Connection Info’
If you’re above 10%, you’re definitely having issues. Normal is 0.00% to 0.05% over a half hour period on a wired connection.
Edit; Re-reading your post I see you say you are on wifi.
First thing I would try is switching to wired connection and see if that instantly solves the problem.
If that is impossible, and you DO see packet loss even after switching providers/routers… It’s possible your wifi card in your computer (or wifi usb stick, w/e you use) is having issues and needs to be replaced.
Hey guys, the issue is that the game always worked on Wifi - since 2010 so that’s why it’s so annoying
Maybe reinstalling the game might help? If you haven’t already tried that, of course.
And here i thought only i had that problem. Except i also got that on arcade a few times.
I get this from time to time. Re-launching the game will generally fix it. Not really sure what causes this, since I didn’t have this problem til around patch 4.1
I have the same issue, internet connection is as stable as it could be, restarted the pc, restarted game, ran scan and fix and came back with no corruption at all, disconnected and flushed the DNS it helped once but the next game the same thing happened again. the DNS trick didn’t work again. This issue started 3 days ago, yet I can’t find a solution to it.
same problem here, tried everything i could find from google, and the game still stucked. it is weird that i could run sc2 normally before I reinstall the win10.
did anyone find a solution for this?
Blizzard cannot make a game great. Useless company.
