I find it amusing that cheating to lose is a lifetime ban, but cheating to win gets you qualified for WCS and maybe a slap on the wrist if you get unlucky.
The fact that Vindicta, PureLegacy and thier ilk are allowed to compete at all is a joke, and not the funny kind.
