Thanks for the info. I had checked starcraft2coopcom before I posted and didn’t see it on StarCraftfandomcom, after your reply. 
Isn’t it faster to just read the description of ability in game?
I must tell, that in first game i just watched the “0” of supporting mandate and didn´t know how to support it. I must read guide for a first time and it were write at hidden spot and it may be written in the description of the “0” in the topbar.
