Once you get to level five with Mengsk, start parking Imperial Witnesses over your worker lines. They generate Imperial Mandate, and lots of it.
And it’s easy to notice, but Mengsk’s units can work together to construct a building faster, like Swann. Use that to get an early expo fast.
Too bad that’s a bit of a waste of 200 gas. I’d rather have the Witnesses out in the front lines for their buffs.
I dunno, having a full bar for a full power Dogs of War every time it’s off CD is pretty sweet.
It’s nice, yes. But you can charge it pretty quickly during build-up times between waves by keeping your Witnesses nearby your army.
Haha, it really does generate a ton of energy by just making two extra Watchers. I almost kind of wish Mengsk had his own Sensor Tower equivalent with speakers he could build to provide indoctrination zones on his worker lines or defensive emplacements.
