I’ve had players block me and then spam me with insults for 5 minutes straight and never bothered to block because that’s hella lame. Just grow some balls and stop letting it bother you.

Some people are more vurnable to insults than you are.
However, it does not give you right to strip them away from dignity.
Expanded block list will probably arrive never, since the game is no longer supported, however, you may consider of unblocking old players (who are most likely to leave the game for years by now) to have some room for new blocks.
Unless they’re extremely sweet guys with shaven backsides I’m pretty sure it does give me the right to do that.
