If Blizzard added the Deep Tunnel ability to standard multiplayer for Zerg?

Blizzard adds the researched ability deep tunnel from campaign to zerg in standard multiplayer. However it requires a hive and 150/150 minerals to train. Trained from spawning pools. To clarify:

The ability lets you teleport to any area on the map with creep but it has a 1 minute cooldown.

If this ability was added as described, would it be a broken late game ability or relatively fair?

It would basically be a more convoluted Nydus Worm, the version that was basically invincible until it popped…and it was busted so this would be too.
