What this do this make it more defensible with a risky offensive that can be easily shut down.

I would also increase its sight range to 20 while at less than 3 range of a hatchery, but if close to a sapwning pool give it the ability to spawn zerglings. This would increase its defensive capability while not being a total sunk cost in the offenssive.
Also make its attack hit twice (same damage) against air but once against ground, while giving it a lair upgrade to increase the damage further, which would make it weaker agaisnt opponents who rush armor upgrades but maybe stronger against those who mass air harass without upgrades.
Also give it the ability to target opponents with transfuse which heals them but spawns a copy of itself if the unit affected is killed. This is to increase the entropy of the universe.
Finally, on tuesdays the queens can walk off creep without any changes or downsides, but a special creep tumor appears at a random map corner that if killed kills every queen.
You forgot to add that Queens drop yummy sausages when they die, which the opponent can eat to gain weight.

They could, but I was thinking that eating 50 sausages would make a unit immune to abduct, and eating 100 would turn it into a black hole.
A black hole cannot attack at range (all projectiles fly back), but everything else that gets close also gets sucked in. The black hole is on an expiration timer (due to hawking radiation) that refreshes based on the HP of everything that it pulls in.
When a black hole times out, it explodes causing a supernova.
