And i was like : the game was 200% more fair.

When you watch this game on King Sejong Station you can really see Byun play better. Dark lose so much drone on liberator because no spore and on drop, he don’t do runby and don’t use drop banelings, he empale his army so much time on huge set up army from Byun and even with these lot of missplays by Dark, the game was really close. And this game was play before baneling gain +5 hp with Centrifugal Hooks, before Tankivac was nerf, before mines was nerf, before liberator damage was nerf.

I think if Dark had used all the tools of his race like drop banelings and runby he probably would have won.
And now, Zerg is so much more strong than before and terran is so much more bad than before. It does make no sense. You should really balance your game like before because he was so much dynamic, fun to watch and fair

No. Not at all. I love the new patches. In previous patches, Terran was atrocious - you claimed that it took more skill on Byun’s part, but he was a patch Terran with excellent micro who abused Reapers and grenades, which…kind of made it boring to play or watch.

Also, back in 2016, mech was terrible. Utterly terrible. I’m actually grateful that they buffed mech. In 2016, nobody played mech because it was really bad - just look at 2016 - all of Byun’s games were Bio, Bio and more Bio. I respect Byun as a player, but his playstyle revolved on micro, Reapers and Bio. There was no variety. The moment the Reapers got patched, Byun kind of…fell off the pro scene and never achieved the same success he did in 2016. For good reason.

I prefer the more versatile Terrans who can open up a variety of builds like Gumiho and TY. Even Innovation tries mech from time to time. If you ask me, the competitive scene is a lot better now in 2019 than it was back in 2016 when Terrans played nothing but Bio.

He don’t use reaper in the King Sejong Station map. And it’s stupid to say patch terran because only 2 terran was qualified to this Global Finals 2016 :). So he was just a god. It’s not like now when u see like 15 zerg qualified to WESG because the race is really OP.

Nop, in this Final, liberator was nerf and had the same range than now. Nice try :).
He just don’t make spores.

BYUN is through and through the DEFINITION of a patch player…

had one decent run, unit he used got patched. NEVER TO EVEN GET CLOSE TO WINNING ANYTHING EVER AGAIN.

yes he had great micro, but he was a patch terran… there’s no other way to describe that.

Ok so if i take your definition of a patch player, Serral is a patch player too. He was garbage and commencing to be good when Zerg was insanely up. He can only play a single macro defending style favorate by the OPness of this race.
When he try to play other styles he lose like a noobiz.

Serral is dominating everything since 2 years now and most importantly - trough different patches. So if anything, hes the definition of everythikäng but a patch zerg… and which “other styles” are you talking about?

Ahaha 8 ultra is fair ? Game wasn’t more fair, he just abused 3 rax reaper, or fake 3 rax - 2 rax reaper and won like that. Because terran had nothing else. And he was too good with 16 marine drop snipping bannes. Game was worse and better in some ways, but still. If you wanna compare anything compare hots and lotv, you can said game was 500% better and more fair in hots than in lotv…

I speak about King Sejong Station, he don’t use 3 rax reaper in this game. Thx to read me before spread hate.

The game didn’t change a lot since 2 years.

He can’t play aggressive play style, he lose always when he play all-in / semi-all in style and he can’t play muta ling bane, it’s a too fast style for him.
He can only play afk base macro a click style at 10 min.

Hate ? I was saying 16 marine drops too learn to read, he used that on that map… And hots > lotv, you don’t even compare right versions of the game. Hots still better than your sh itty version of game…

like so many other times youve said something - wrong. the game went from 4.1 in the beginning of 2018 to 4.11 in december 2019. this includes the 2018 balance overhaul in november 2018 and the balance overhaul 2019 in december. so the game changed atleast 2 times since then, with multiple nerfs to zerg. still, serral dominated everything. so plz stop your cringy posts…

“he lose always” is such a unbelievable bad argument… hes so bad, that he was unbeaten in official series for over a year in 2018… i dont remember the exact number, but it was 50+ series against top players… but yeah, he “always loses” with a certain playstyle.

he cant play muta ling bane? show me games, where he lost with it. he rarely plays it yes, but why? maybe because mutas suck? show me anyone, who plays still muta ling bane on a regulary basis lol…

i knew you werent the brightest bulb out there, but this is a whole new dimension.

Serral dominated the second half of 2018 when no other Zerg could win anything.

Serral is so insanely good that he makes you think Zerg is OP. Pretty big accomplishment.
