I need help with StarCraft 2 just running in the background

I’ve encountered a bug for StarCraft 2, and even StarCraft 1, where the games don’t fully launch and just run in the background. This is a problem that I encountered last month (February), and I’ve seen people encounter it in both the battle.net bug report topics and also in reddit comments. Before creating this topic, I asked for help from the StarCraft Reddit, but the help they have given me doesn’t work. One person from Reddit recommended I shed some light on this issue I have been getting to here. It may be an issue with the games or the launcher itself, but I am not sure. If anyone knows how to fix this, I would appreciate it.

The help that I got that doesn’t work:

  1. Re-installing StarCraft and the battle.net launcher.

  2. Allowing StarCraft into the firewall.

  3. Restarting my computer.

  4. Using the command prompt.

  5. Alt Tabbing.

EDIT: I never had this error before when playing StarCraft 2.
