try to turn off onedrive. that seem to be causing a lot of issues.
The OneDrive is a good callout!
The reported crash in particular though is a different crash issue. It looks like it’s due to the WMI Repository crashes we saw a few months back. Could you try resetting the WMI repository? If it continues, try StarCraft II on a New Admin account.
