Hello, on 01/17/2023 my SC 2 performed a small automatic update. After the update I was no longer able to play with my US account again when I click on connect it keeps loading but it doesn’t open the game anymore. When I order SC LA to open, the game opens normally, it doesn’t even go through the second screen of Starcraft II, which would be authentication, but if I disconnect from the account and try to connect again, the problem also happens with the LA account. The SC2 US account was the account with the co-op commanders leveled up. To clarify, I have 2 (two) SC 2 accounts on my battle.net account, but I was only playing with US. Could you clarify for me what could be going on?
I also want to say that on 01/16/2023 I played normally with this account.
I would also like to report that I have already made several attempts to fix this problem, following guidelines passed on by the Blizzard team that are available on the forums, but I have not been successful.
