How to help Blue Level players to level up alot and Fast in Co-op (Needs partner)

This is my own way of helping Blue level people to level up.
I choose Rift of Korhal or Void Thrashing in Brutal +3 (or +4) difficulty and Play as Dehaka.

Doing this help my partner to get 71,500XP in 20~25 Min in Brutal time (depending on mutation).

Void Thrashing in Brutal +3 are mostly done 16:11 ~ 20:34 minutes, which means 57.94~73.63 XP.

Void Thrashing is much faster but RoK let’s your partner to get more accustomed to their commanders and have you gather more units.

I don’t feel like Brutal+ is efficient for farming XP. Mutators generally slow down speedruns too much.
On regular Brutal VT is easily completed in ~14 minutes with minimal help from ally and with competent ally it can be 10-11 minutes or even less.
49500 XP in 11 minutes is much better than 71500 in 22.

During the beautiful train glitch of 2019, you could farm 165k per train game.

But to hit 1000, me and my friend just grinded brutal 3 on VT because he was dehaka and didn’t care about anything.

Indeed it is, but most people have problems with math.

One also doesn’t need Dehaka, Nova will clear all defences with sabotage drone and air strikes in 10 min. If your ally has the micro to kill stationary trashers with drones, or whatever, it’s also more exp.

Or you can just cheese maps that you can, learn from speed runners.

Or even better, simply play, have fun, learn to play better, levels will come sooner or later.

The worst thing is to have ally at 1000 level who played all games with one commander on one map to level up and has no idea how to play coop, but has biggest ego in the game.

This is mostly for Blue level players who has yet to reach mastery level and can’t make use of commander’s full talents.

To grind through level 1000, your option is better

Shame this glitch is fixed…

Dehaka works best for me.

I’ve seen mengsk who just mass bombarded all shards and don’t give a damn in RoK in less than 12 minutes. I barely made the bonus objective before the last shard was destroyed.

Zagara mass scourge suicide on the shards is also a cheese on RoK. Ignore everything, just burst down the shards and it’s over.

If you’re level 5 or under and coming into Brutal, I’m destroying your base.

I’m not helping (carrying) you.

Yeah Mengsk has Very powerful long ranged artilleries, He can also solo Amon’s Scythe and Dead of night on his own.
I use Creeper Hosts to snipe each shards from distances, saved my butt countless times.

If what you say is true than Your Mengsk is yielding 62 XP per minute which is incredible. Do you have a video of this? Can someone back him up?

Damn dude…

You only get 49k if you choose a random mission. Otherwise, you get 44k if you pick a map of your own choosing. Still applies that you get more exp though through Void Thrashing in 11 minutes.

I still have a bad enough time with Raynors and Mengsks who dump minerals into buildings and rely entirely on calldowns. Once upon a time I may have been willing to assist people with levels; but if I even get a whiff of someone wanting me to put all the effort into the mission, I’m ending it, early, and not giving you anything.

May I ask what do you mean by “RoK”?

I think he means Rifts to Korhal.

I don’t really know the outcome when you are doing with early blue level commanders. I’m not sure how long it will take.

I did two tests with blue level 7 Swann, at Void Thrashing with Dehaka.

  1. 20:34 (1234) = 71500 = 57.94 XP to 73.63 per min with Brutal +3
  2. 14:50 (890) = 44000 = 50.43 XP to 51.88 XP per min with Brutal

But it really depends on your allies and their skills.
I was playing with Blue level Swann (slow) and Vorazun (fast)
Mostly, Brutal +3 is better overall.

Indeed. It really all depends on which allies you play with.

During the free-play all commander week I played all protoss commanders for the first time but end up carrying brutal games with low level commanders. With most of the games played on brutal random map queue I lost only like 2 games with karax only because my ally completely screw up on those games I was not able to carry it under the limitations. I can carry the mission using low level alarak without issue even when my ally completely sucked.

It just take 3~4 hours to level up a commander to Lv15 if you don’t lose a game, starting from hard and jumping into brutal once key talents are unlocked (such as karax’s healing beam or vorazon’s DT ability research). That was during exp bonus though. It probably will take an hour longer without holiday bonus. Keep in mind that the in-game timer is faster than real-time.

And from what I’ve experienced, the korean server has way better allies.

Indeed. Forgot that detail.

Or you can go for L&L with Abathur and finish it in 4 minutes

That depends on who is playing in the blue level.
if it Raynor, then it’s a peace of cake, but other than him it would take longer.

My focus is not about helping other commanders with masteries but helping blue levels.

i don’t understand what this means. can you explain?

Bruh… I think it’s worth giving people like 5 minutes to see what they can do with lvl 1-5 on brutal. My first lvl 1 Dehaka game on the EU server was on LnL against Sky Terran. I played with a raynor who was so useless. I had to carry the mission as a lvl 1 Dehaka :weary:. It was difficult to say the least, but I got it done.

I think most commanders should be able to sneak some unit or a calldown to the furthest locks, even if it’s just an overlord.
But yea you can say it’s not just “helping” when you do everything.

that’s really messed up; especially considering most maps are easily solable.
