For contrast I am 300 mmr lower than this guy but I haven’t lost to a cannon rush in MONTHS. The protoss macro gravy train is VERY real and VERY powerful tool that almost any player can utilize:
Make a void ray so you are 100% safe.
Spam probes.
Max out on protoss units (doesn’t matter what kind but the slower they move the less apm they require so tune your unit comp to your apm budget).
You can clearly see I am Grandmaster and you can clearly see my opponent’s mmr. I beat a top 15 GM in 5 minutes and 30 seconds during a period when Protoss is heavily favored vs Zerg.
I can understand someone praising someone else (me and a lot of people do), but bragging and boasting in such a shameless manner is frankly ridiculous.
It leaves a bad taste.

It’s simply a fact of the game. Zerg can’t be aggressive without enormous costs in tech & economy. It’s not like terran or protoss where you hit tier 3 at 5 minutes while still having equal workers.
And for this reason i an a GOD.

LOOOOOOL Saving this. Every shred of this dudes self esteem is invested in his “boundless knowledge” of SC2. I honestly dont even want to know if he isnt really GM and these are replays he snagged because honestly that would just be depressing.
Well, the other day was bragging about beating a 5k Terran and he is obsessed about validation so I wouln’t believe anything from him because he also hides information as much as he can.
It is impossible for this video to come from a replay. Replays don’t show mouse cursors nor selection boxes and have a control bar in the bottom right for speeding up / slowing down the replay.
It’s amazing (yet not at all unexpected) how little the Platinum Protoss Patrol know about the game. They’ve never even watched a replay in their entire life!
The fact that a top 15 gm protoss has ABSOLUTELY NO CLUE how to navigate the early game IS proof that protoss is overpowered.
If a Zerg or Terran had no clue how to navigate the early game, they’d be diamond league.
Protoss have sim city, immortals with teleport & flying (warp prism), virtually infinite free health (shield battery) and yet protoss players STILL FIND A WAY TO LOSE IN THE EARLY GAME TO A FEW SPINE CRAWLERS AKA THE WORST UNIT IN THE ENTIRE GAME.
Subtract the Protoss welfare system from the game and I 100% guarantee players like this would be diamond at MAXIMUM.
