How does the Bug report actually works?

Hi! so, basically im posting here because I have no idea where to ask this, and I dont wanna be suspended for asking this in the “Bug Report” forum.

The question is in the title: How does it really works? Do I just report the bug and wait for some Blizzard employee to answer or anything? how much am I supposed to wait before insisting again? Do they even bother reading the forum? Do they just read the post with the most replies?

I didn’t make this Topic to complain, just to be clear!! I just wanna know what to do. It’s just that I reported a bug 10 days ago, didn’t get a single reply, Im watching it sink down a pile of reports and I dont want to spam it to bring attention to it, for fear of getting banned, so what should I do?

And Im bringing this topic, because I ALREADY reported this very same bug a YEAR ago, and still nothing…

Key Bind not working - Coop Mengsk

Basically, if you try to bind the workers “Build structure” (the basic ones) to “C”, it doesnt work. You can bind it without problems, but if you press C ingame, it wont get into the submenu pls fix EDIT: the Key in the Hotkeys file should be around line 635, and its called: TerranBuild/SCVMengsk=C In case that helps.

Hello! I want to report a bug: If you bind “C” for the workers basic structures, it wont work ingame, you just wont be able to get into the basic structures submenu. Wich honestly sucks, Ive been using that for years now. Blizz pls fix XOXO (Edit) Forgot to say this happens in coop with Mengsk only
