How about Cyclone

There is no issue that Cyclone ignores armor with ,almost normal attack,? (4 sec cooldown is joke, its not spell, its atack!)

Cyclones normal attack does not ignore armor.

Lock on(a spell) does.

that is what I mean… and its ,not spell, Its almost as fast as atack. 4sec coold down is a bit silly.

I played your Mode, I mean Adept speed is insane :confused: they dont even need a shade to run away. Lurkers are maybe too cheap, but it doesnt solved a problem too much, except ZvZ.

abilities ignore armor, but cyclones ability deals 20 damage per shot, armor wouldnt really be important in that case

You need to read the full list of changes(it’s really not that many) and understand what each set of changes does for each race or unit.

But that is another topic for another day. I updated the mod recently it’s v4.221 now.

Yes abbilitie must ignore armor, thats true. But we cannot compare energy abilities with cooldowned of Cyclone, cuz it is simply too short duration.

Does it stack with mech upgrades? No? Then its probably ability. And those DO NOT care about armor.

Well, I would be all for abilities being affected by armor tho. Cause storm, fungal and para bomb would be only ones to really suffer.

I think what you’re really asking for is for Lock On to have a longer cooldown?

Probably longer cooldown will help more. Idk, its just silly unit, combine powerfull dps with mobility and on Lock On long range.

Why did you boosted Adepts? They can now almost outrun scouting Reaper.

It’s powerful when used well, yes; but it’s also a glass cannon. If you get one good fungal with ling/bane or a good wrap around with zealots/forcefields you’ll kill the stuck cyclones every time. Just make that your focus with battlemech/hellclone: removing mobility. Without it, that army comp tends to crumble quickly. It’s also really bad for defending, so if you can keep pressure up for most of the game the ability for the cyclone to micro away from an army while firing means a lot less.

You have no idea about unit speeds or actual unit stats do you?.

I know its a glass canon, but still. 28/57 dps for that mobile and ranged unit?

Its 1point something slower than Reaper, but when reaper takes 2 shot from Adept, 3 one will be after shade catches the Reaper. I find 4.13 too fast. There will be no way for catching Adepts as Terran early.(and I didnt played as Terran, so Idk the changes)
