In the hotkey editor when using Function Keys F13-F24
I have a keyboard with F13-F24 a mouse with extra buttons I can map to those.
I’m having trouble mapping some of the higher function keys and having it remember them…
If I map them they work… till I exit or change the profile and reload it.
F13 won’t remain mapped at all
F14 gets changed to scrolllock (?)
F15 won’t remain mapped at all
F16 - FINE
F17 mapped to insert (?)
F18-F24 - FINE
Editing the file by hand has no effect. Some models of mac have F13-F19 as well, and those keys are the ones with the most issues. Pushing the F14 or F17 keys does not perform scrolllock or insert, so I have no idea why that is happening. F13 and F15 are equal mysteries.
I know its just you and you are just one guy, but I would be forever grateful if you could try and see why this is happening and why the file settings are not being respected, saved, and yet it functions until you try and persist the file.
I’m using a SayoDevice 2x6F RGB for my testing but any keyboard system has similar issues. On a regular PC keyboard shift plus a function key accesses the higher function keys I believe.
