High impact payload should be defualt

as you may know the thor has two anti air modes, here are their uses

javalin launcher:
mutas

high impact payload:
everything else.

i think the javelin launcher is kindof annoying because i have to right click the thor and turn it into high impact mode and thats kindof annoying tbh.

I agree. I would be a nice quality of life change for terran. However, it only takes like 2 secs to change them over

And here I was thinking nothing could make thors easier to use
