So in short I got Heart of the swarm expansion yesterday but I can’t play it. I followed each step given to me after I made the ticket, I made sure to be on my account, ask for help through a ticket, every single step to this point, last thing I was told is to come here and report this if it keeps being issue, which it is. Now…I don’t know what to do as I wish to play but but unable to do, I have the button to play the campaign but it’s not working.

Can you give more details for Bliz on what you see when trying to play Hots?
Such as,
What’s specifically not working?
Is the button available but grayed out?
If you hover over the button does it give an error?
And any other details you think will be helpful.
