Hmmm. I recall a lot of posts in the past about Hard needing to be sped up game speed wise like it feels like in Brutal matches. Did anyone noticed game speeds boosted in Hard after Mengsks release?

They did up the speed, it was in the patch notes. You probably checked the latest patch which was fixing a couple of bugs, that’s why you didn’t find it.
