with the most recent november patch the change to galleons from being considered units to buildings while constructing was great, however when you complete them the galleons do not count for alaraks empower me ability, once you upgrade each galleon they do count for the ability. not sure if it would have that effect or not with other unit based abilites
edit: tested with nova defense drone and healing drone both working properly, test with tychus working properly with nikana heals and rattlesnake healing auras

Empower Me only works on units with supply.
An unupgraded galleon has a supply of zero so Empower Me won’t have any effect. Once the galleon is upgraded, it gains supply, thus Empower Me does work.
