Like Batz said, DRG is on the rise
DRG played well in the first two games. 3rd game, I wasnât impressed though.
Still, that series is yet another series that proves that mutas arenât weak units when used in the right circumstances - they never have been. Itâs precisely why mutas have such hard counters in the first place, and people want to remove or further nerf those counters.
Realistically though, DRG deserved to win that series, even if the last game just wasnât as good or impressive or the first two. Innovation just wasnât playing at his best, I feel.
Inno went battle mech on death aura
good luck winning vs zerg on that
itâs not a bad map for Battle-Mech because you can abuse the mobility aspect as well as choke points and shorten the distance between the two bases quite significantly. The more Turtle-Mech oriented playstyle would probably be a little better, but not so sure.
This map pool is pretty good for Zerg, all things considered.
Still, I agree - I donât like the battle-mech choice by Innovation either, but thatâs mostly because I dislike battle-mech in general.
Against a macro zerg like what DRG seems to be again, one whom Serral himself said he watches to learn more about the matchup, battlemech on this map seems like a terrible c hoice imo.
DRG seemed like a brick wall tbh.
DRG was playing very well, definitely.
somebody explain to me why korean terrans are going battle mech on death aura
Somebody has to explain what is battlemech first, because thatâs not what dream is using right now
Wow rogue is like bmâing dreamâŚ
After this we need to chant our little zerg lies again!
Zerg bad! Zerg bad! Please buff zerg! Every zerg unit is bad.
On a serious note: Yeah they played pretty well today. Its fun watching balanced matchups from time to time.
Try to use mutas yourself. You will discover something unbelievable, they suck!!
I use mutas basically any time I play zerg. Theyâre not weak at all, and theyâre incredible.
Battle mech is opening with cyclons/hellions for mobility instead of tanks/hellbats. before transitioning to thors. It gives you mobility yet sacrifices defense.
Mutas are not weak at all. They can out right win the game at the 6min mark if you are caught off guard. With that being said most of the zerg on the ladder i play against go ling/bane/muta and all of my builds have a built in counter against it. effectively giving most zergs a build order lost.
However, I understand how the build works and why it stops youâŚ
Game 2 reminded me of his golden era when he ruled with ling roaches and muta switches, the church of DRG is back again.
I really like when a player retires, returns, and then their hard work start showing, same with Parting.
Zerg is still OP AS Heck
I need Parting to knock out TY because I like Parting and I enjoy more fuels being added to the forums.
