I want to get BlizzCon 2019 War Chest. I want a Classic Hydralisk portrait for my Zerg. How can I get that old War Chest now?

Only skins for units, buildings, and consoles are available for purchase outside the War Chest and those can be purchased from the Collection tab or in bundles on the digital store. There is no way to purchase portraits, decals, sprays, or emotes from the War Chests at this time.

As it has been already stated by HyperTurtle, what’s only currently available for purchase are Unit Skins, Building Skins, and Consoles, and there’s no way, at the moment, to acquire Portraits, Decals, Sprays, or Emoticons that came along with them.
I know, I also think the above is nonsense, especially knowing no new War Chests will be released. In fact, it starts to have even less sense when you realize that plenty of Unit Skin Packs will not be getting their respective Building Skin Packs, and, therefore, cannot be enjoyed the way they were most likely meant to be enjoyed.
I have been running a Thread for more than a year so far which is about the idea of allowing everyone to purchase past War Chest Augments and Emoticons, so people have the chance, again, to acquire them, since I believe plenty of them did not have the opportunity to do so back in the day for a wide range of reasons.
