I love sc2 and I will probably always love it, I feel however there are two things in the recent version thats bugging the crap out of me. The first thing is speed upgrades, the terran race I love was always focused on technicalities and raw firepower to win battles. Not outmaneuvering and shady shenanigans like these zerg players, that’s why the banshee speed upgrade should be replaced with something more fun. Maybe they could drop a small mars rover for scouting, so you wouldn’t have to sacrifice your marines at the Xel’Naga Tower.
Something that is making the game less realistic and is also messing with my awesome space feeling when I play Starcraft 2 is the Shield Battery. Not the building in itself but the name. Battery, sounds very terran to me. You know, when the adept came I was sceptical, but they grew on me. I had huge doubts, but I saw that they really incorporated well into the protoss army. The shield battery didn’t grow on me, and it’s fine that they added a stationary medivac that restores shields instead of health, but you get zero points for creativity and innovation Blizzard. So I suggest a small tweak, if you let my probes pass through it in my mineral line and you change the name to something more ancient species like then you can consider us friends again
